Really enjoyed Chennai, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and nice close to Marina beach. I was amazed by the breakfast, it's incredibly nice. The location of the property was marvellous and unbeatable - within easy walking distance of Valluvar Kottam Memorial.

The hotel was clean with consistently courteous and superfriendly staff, we felt safe here. We appreciated the vegetarian breakfast that was exceptionally good with the big roll and tasteful options, as example. The location offered was good right by shopping district and pondy Bazar and the airport early morning. Furthermore, by shopping centers & restaurants.

This place offers wonderful rooms at a great location, and the restaurant has a diverse selection of delicious cuisines.

spacious and very specious room, everyone was incredible. the location was great and unbeatable, close to a railway station, so it was really easy to travel around. you could walk to a market and all the major shops.

The hotel was truly exceptional and luxury with super-friendly staff members and a roof top bar. The breakfasts with international menus. We had fairly nice 5 days here, recommend.

Well, it was a great stay with very good service. Favourable and perfect location, the hotel was close to a railroad station. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the stuff where very, very nice.

Renovation work above, noisy until 6 pm. Room changed, but work continued. Slow check-in and check-out despite prior notice. Comfortable room. Excellent spa services by Harsha. Helpful staff, especially FO Susmi. Excellent services by FB staff. Awesome food, 24-hour room service. Good staff, nice breakfast, massage center. Ibrahim from FO cleared queries. Room boys did a good job.

Chennai is not a big city but location is still important for business meetings. Hotel's location is excellent. Lobby is amazing. The rest is also good.

Bathroom lights are too dark, did not help at all for a good make-up.

I likes the pool area - shame you could not have a drink there (bar closed)

Two thinks I did not like: a) The aircon was freeeeeezzzzing everywhere and the bar was soooooo dark and cold that I felt like I was in a basement. Unfortunaterly the Pergola upstairs was being renovated so I could not have a cold drink somewhere warm in the hotel :-( b) I wanted to get a taxi from the hotel to the airport. And it was costing me 850 inr - this was 3 times more of what I paid on a normal taxi from the airport to the hotel the day before. Addidtionally the driver did not have change for 850 inr (I gave him a 1000 inr) so it looked to me he was expecting to jkeep the change. I felt it is a rip off to 3x charge only because your guest pay high prices. All in all the stay was ok but a bit of a let-down - the hotel lacked a bit of of athmospehere, but it was clean and people / staff where very very friendly.

We were extremely impressed with the high-quality interiors and top-notch design of the hotel. The ambience was comparable to that of a classy western hotel. The vegetarian food and breakfast spread were delicious and varied. The staff at The Brick Oven restaurant, especially Leena and Ridzwan at Reception, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were always willing to help and provided exceptional service. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms here are spacious and beautifully designed, with great amenities like comfortable services and a bathtub; the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, and the location is amazing.

We stayed for 1 week and had all the time excellent food in different hotel restaurants. In Pergola restaurant on top of the building you'll have nice views over Chennai. Very courteous staff.

Spa was under renovation, so we had to go outside for massage with not so nice treatment (but renovation should be finished now)!
